Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch, original warranty card, manuals, and any protective films back into the original presentation box, ensuring it is securely packed for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, making sure to remove or cover any old tracking labels.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the watch's condition and authenticity, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
